This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled across our different businesses.
Antique Mall Purchases
Items purchased in person at the Antique Mall at Bostwicks are sold by individual, independent dealers who rent booth space within our mall. Unless a specific dealer states otherwise at the time of purchase, all mall purchases are considered final sale. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.
Auction Purchases (via HiBid)
All items sold through our online auctions, conducted via the HiBid platform, are sold as-is and are final sale once a winning bid is confirmed. We encourage bidders to carefully review item photographs and descriptions, and to take advantage of scheduled in-person preview times, prior to placing a bid. Disputes regarding auction purchases may also be subject to HiBid's own policies as the platform through which the transaction occurred.
Estate Services and Consigned Items
Items accepted through our Estate Services or Sell With Us programs and subsequently listed for auction or in the Antique Mall are subject to the same final-sale terms described above once sold.
